How AssemblyNote Uses Email
AssemblyNote sends school-related newsletters and updates on behalf of verified K–12 school administrators. All emails are educational and informational in nature, such as class updates, school announcements, and teacher-created content. AssemblyNote does not send promotional or commercial email.
How Email Addresses Are Collected
All recipient email addresses are provided directly by schools or school administrators. These addresses come from official class rosters or student information systems. AssemblyNote does not purchase, rent, or scrape email lists.
Recipient Expectations & Consent
Parents and guardians receive school communications as part of the standard school–home communication process. Only recipients who are part of a school community receive emails through AssemblyNote, and every email is expected by the recipient.
Unsubscribe & Suppression
Every email sent through AssemblyNote includes an unsubscribe link. We automatically maintain a suppression list for bounces and complaints to ensure messages are only delivered to active, consenting recipients.
Anti-Abuse Policy
AssemblyNote prohibits the use of third-party lists, purchased lists, bulk marketing lists, or unsolicited email of any kind. All messages must originate from verified school organizations and adhere to education communication standards.
